ロワールの大変小さなアペラシヨンであるクール・シュヴルニーの主役である葡萄品 種 Romorantin ロモランタン。クール・シュヴルニーは辛口の白ワインだけに与えられたアペラシヨンでしかも葡萄 品種は珍しいこの地特有のロモランタン。葡萄品種ロモランタンはコミューンの名称 ROMORANTIN-LANTHENAY ロモランタン・ラ ンテネから付けられた名前。原産地はフランスはロワールのトゥーレーヌ地区。
