Bourgogne wine changes its character quite rapidly. Within 10 minuets, sweet scent from a bunch of orchid bouquet came out from my glass. This was the happiest moment ever! NN..

My main dish tonight is Okinawa Agu Poak shabu-shabu. Yammy yammy.
