Sancerre 2006 and Sileni 2011

Les Bouffants Sancerre 2006 for oysters and Sileni 2011 as starting wine for ladies gathering. 
Many of my friends are fond of Sauvignon blanc and I am as well.  Lovely day in Tokyo.
I cannot believe just another week to go until our move.

It is very handy for us, sort of our trend!  Sileni The lodge 2011 Chardonnay Hawke's Bay New Zealand.  One of my student is from New Zealand.  She will be leaving in July.  I will surely miss her. Wishing all the best.

This is one of the good wine that I recently had.  10 years after bottling, with good flavour and taste, bit of tanning mixed,  that makes a balance. Very sorry for the mess on the label.  It has been kept at the bottom of our cellar, which we need more attention.

How precious this Sake is!  Fresh, tender and delicate.  The sake was just bottled early in the morning and delivered to my house.  Thank you so much for sharing your fine Sake. I have never had such big impact before.

I had a chance to prepare soup with Eisbein.  So we decide to drink Kiuchi's Weisen and Belgium beer, Geuze Boom Lambic.

Kirin's gift, Nagoya-Kochin chikin and beer

It snowed on January 15th, 2013. I received very nice gift from Kirin Brewery. It was a set of Nagoya-Kochin chiken and 6 cans of  Kirin beer.  Thank you so much!  The chiken tasted very good!
