Le Cupole Trinoro 2002

No wonder that is a powerful wine! 2002 wasn't good year in Italy. Therefore, Tenuta di Trinoro was not produced that year. All the wonderful grapes were used for Le Cupole. This wine will go another 5 years or so! Excellent! I am looking forward to opening anther one later!

Brut Dargent 2007

Brut Dargent Blanc de Balncs Chardonnay I do not remember where we bought it. One summer evening, we chilled it well and enjoyed the sparkling wine. I am sure it is not too expensive, but this is quite good! Hamo fish become available in Tokyo, too. It was mostly eaten in Kansai and quite difficult to find it in a supermarket here.
