Almaviva 2001
Enjoyed with Miki from Sendai. A joint venture between Baron Philippe de Rothschild and Concha Y Toro.. It was a bit late to open, but still powerful structure with strong aloma. The taste changed every 5 minutes. Yes, tannins become more stronger after 40 minutes from opening.
