Silky but well depth with deep red ripen fruits.

Beautiful label. The orange is an inspiring colour to me this year. It connects with the contents well. Very nice one.

Colour is notably yellowish, flowery aroma.

Good with white meat fish.

Muscat Bailey A is a grape introduced/ developed by Mr. Zenbei Kawakami, the father of Japanese wine in 1927 (S.2) . The age 2007 was good vintage for Japanese grapes. In addition to strawberries, you may feel some dark cherry or some kind of berry lays. Good with casual coocking.

Year 2008 was difficult due to the bad weather. Grapes are from Yahata area and Chino area of Shioyama, Yamanashi.

I do not know where I get it, but not too bad. Though aged 5 years in my house, but still delightful colour and less tannig. Springly feeling.

White meat fish with olive oil sauce. Maybe better with a bit strong spice and favour like tomato.... Smooth with fresh fruits aroma. The Etna is called "Bourgogne of Mediterranean sea"
