So hot, but I had again good fish with butter-wine sauce.
We need something rich but not too sweet as the weather is so hot.

Wine, Chassagne-Montrachet 2005 by Philippe Colin. Weak aroma but barrel.
It works out very good. We definitely need to chill 2 bottles at once during summer time in Tokyo.
