Le Fonti, 1999 Fontissimo


Sanviovese 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%
Bottled aAfter 18 months with French Oak Barriques.
The vintage is 1999. I could feel quite good Sangiovese charactor with tanning, but may be better to drink it earlier.

Sancerre Domaine Auchere 2007


It is a season of oysters. I got nice crab from my father, too. I keep this wine as my normal lotation. Fresh and it really goes well with Sanriku oysters.

I have to admit that I am very much fond of oysters with Sancerre. This Sancerre has very elegant bouquet and also freshness.Smooth wine!

I enjoy wine every night, but shame, I do not keep records. Well, I wish I could have learned how to describe and express.
