The vintage is 1999. I could feel quite good Sangiovese charactor with tanning, but may be better to drink it earlier.

New Beer Glass - Sugahara

Just to spoil myself, I bought new beer glass at my favorite shop in Aoyama. All the goods are hand-made. Those are smooth and very elegant. Moreover, very suitable for daily use.

Bergium Lambic Beer

I brought back 2 bottles of beer from Bergium. Of course I enjoyed different beer while I stayed in brussels. I would love to go there once in a while!

As it has such a lovely colour, I thought this wine tasted a bit sweet. No! Very dry and has a note of fresh grass from field. Merlot 76%, MuscatBaileyA24%

Strong fravor of fruits. Yes, that is born in Miyazaki!

Koshu Kiroka, Kosyu speciese

The wine name 'Kiroka' is a name after the blue bird on the bottle label.

The bird's name is 'Kiro'. That is from a book of Dr. Tominaga, who passed away this spring.

Elegant notes of citrus, but make sure get it really chilled.

Settubai 雪中梅

This is my favorite. The price become so high that I cannot get it often.

Good with sashimi.
